Fakir Robot Vacuum RS 780 Plus Refund Request

It's a real pain in the neck to deal with Fakir's RS 780 Plus robot vacuum; I'm sick of it! This item was in service for a longer period of time than it was in my home. My patience is completely spent as a result of the installation hassles. On multiple occasions, I have conveyed my discontent to the customer service department. Now is the time to make a change. I am making a request to begin the process of returning the item.
