Fakir Hasn't Refunded My Money For 18 Days




On December 20, 2023, I ordered the Uvax Mattress Cleaner and Atmos Clean Steam Cleaner from https://uvax.com.tr/ (Order No: 23651). Two days later, when the product went on sale, and my initial order had not been shipped, I canceled it and placed a second order at the discounted price (Order No: 23754). However, on December 25, both my canceled order and the new one arrived together. We started using the Uvax Mattress Cleaner, but as the Atmos Clean Steam Machine was not the type of vacuum cleaner my wife described, we returned it unused. I handed over both my canceled order and the Atmos Clean Steam Machine in 2 pieces for return to Aras Cargo on December 27, and the cargo was delivered to the seller on December 28. Although the money for the canceled order was refunded on January 5, the refund for the Atmos Clean Steam Cleaner that I returned has not been processed for 18 days.
It was determined that the issue originated from Aras Kargo, to whom I delivered the products for return. Although Fakir should have tracked the shipping process due to their agreement with the courier company, I also had to visit the Aras Kargo branch several times with the photos and shipment information I had. Today, Fakir's customer service called and processed the refund. I thank Fakir for meticulously following the process. To avoid such problems, it is really important to take photos and obtain shipment information during the return process.
