Fakir Hasn't Refunded My Money For 18 Days
"It was determined that the issue originated from Aras Kargo, to whom I delivered the products for return. Although Fakir should have tracked the shipping process due to their agreement with the courier company, I also had to visit the Aras Kargo branch several times with the photos and shipment information I had. Today, Fakir's customer service called and processed the refund. I thank Fakir for meticulously following the process. To avoid such problems, it is really important to take photos and obtain shipment information during the return process."
