My Facebook account was hacked and I have been unable to access it for about three weeks. I normally use Facebook only on my phone and tablet to keep in touch with my family and friends and to play my games. One day I was suddenly logged out, and since then I have not been able to get back into my account. This is not the first time I have experienced a problem like this with my Facebook account. When I tried to recover my account, Facebook told me to go to my account on a web browser, but I do not know how to do that and I could not follow those instructions. They also mentioned that something was related to my Instagram, so I deleted my Instagram account, but that did not solve the problem. I tried the recovery options, but they do not work, and I have not been able to find any clear way to contact Facebook support. Because of this situation, I have lost contact with my family and friends on Facebook and I have lost my game progress. I am requesting that my Facebook account be restored and secured so that I can access it again on my phone and tablet and continue using it as before.
