My Facebook Account Was Disabled for No Reason—Cannot Receive Verification Codes

My Facebook account was suddenly disabled, and I have no idea why. I have tried multiple times to recover it, but none of the verification codes are being sent to my registered phone numbers or email addresses.

I have attempted to log in from both my phone and desktop, but nothing works. No matter what I try, I cannot access my account, and Facebook's support channels have been completely unhelpful.
