Locked Out of Facebook Account

I've run into a major problem because I can't remember the passwords for my Facebook and Google accounts, even though I saved them. In addition, I have updated my phone number, which has made it impossible for me to recover my accounts. Even though I've provided the necessary documents, I haven't received any feedback.
