Cannot Access Facebook Account Due to Old Phone Number Verification

I am unable to access my Facebook account because the login code is being sent to an old phone number I no longer use. I can’t receive the code on my new number, and I really need to regain access to this account. Additionally, I don’t remember the password for the email associated with the account, which makes it even more challenging.

I’ve tried everything to recover the account, but nothing works. Facebook, please help me update my phone number so I can access my account again. This is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need a solution. I rely on this account and expect prompt assistance to recover it.
