Facebook Double-factor Protection Application Problems

I know my Facebook username and password, but I can’t log in because I’m not receiving the code needed for two-factor authentication. I’ve been unable to access my account for over a year now, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried authenticating, but I’m still locked out. Please cancel the current two-factor authentication setup and switch it to SMS so I can log in to my account. I’ve already gone through the authentication process, yet I’m still unable to get past the login screen.
