For about a month, I’ve been trying to create a new Facebook account, but every time I try, I get the same error message: “We couldn’t create an account for you.” I’ve attempted this five times so far, and the issue persists each time. I’m trying to create the account on my iPhone via the Instagram app. I haven’t tried using a different email or phone number, nor have I reinstalled the app. I also haven’t been redirected to any payment page or charged at any point.
Previously, I had a Facebook account linked to Ka*************@hotmail.com**, but it was suspended, and I haven’t been able to recover it. I submitted multiple appeals and completed identity verification, but I never received a positive outcome or a clear explanation. Now, I simply want to open a completely new account, yet the system won’t allow it. I also haven’t contacted Facebook or Instagram customer service about this issue yet.
I request that both of these problems be resolved — the recovery of my suspended account and the ability to open a new one. At the very least, I expect support in creating a new Facebook account, and if possible, I would like my old one to be reactivated.
