I recently found out that Facebook charged my credit card six times in one day, for a total of ₺4064, without my permission. I have no idea how or why these charges were made, and they have nothing to do with my account. I've asked for a refund on the charges, but I haven't gotten any helpful information or an answer yet. It's annoying that Facebook hasn't given any reason for these unauthorized transactions. If they think the charges are true, I would expect them to have strong proof. But I still haven't gotten that, so I'd like a full return. I'm no longer trusting their payment method, and I hope they fix this problem quickly to avoid more trouble.
