I have recently discovered that a total of ₺87,500 was spent through my bank card on Facebook without my knowledge or consent. These transactions were not made by me, and I did not authorize any purchases or payments. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately blocked my bank cards from further transactions and contacted my bank.
One of the most concerning aspects of this issue is that I did not receive any verification codes, confirmation messages, or security notifications during this process. This clearly indicates that the transactions were conducted through illegal means. Due to this situation, I am requesting an urgent refund of the ₺87,500 that was withdrawn without my authorization. This incident has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.
I kindly ask that the issue be thoroughly investigated, the responsible parties identified, and my grievance resolved. I also request to be notified in writing regarding the progress of my complaint and urge that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
