Facebook Account Disabled Without Clear Reason or Appeal Option

My personal Facebook account has been inaccessible for almost two months. Every time I try to log in, I am shown a message saying that I have to download some information, and I am unable to get past this screen or use my account in any way. I have not been given a clear reason why my account has been suspended, and I have not received any explanation by email. Because I cannot access my account, I also cannot properly use the help center or follow the usual appeal steps. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the suspension be checked, and that I am clearly informed of the reason. My main expectation is that my access is restored if there is no valid violation, or at least that I receive a clear explanation about what happened and what I need to do to recover my account.
