My Facebook Account is Locked - Code Goes to Old Number

I accidentally logged out of my account, and now I can't get back in because the verification code is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I haven't used that number in a very long time!

This is a critical issue for me. I have many other extremely important accounts linked to my Facebook, and this lockout is preventing me from accessing them as well. It's incredibly frustrating that such a vital platform has no straightforward way to recover access when a linked phone number is no longer active.

Facebook, you need to provide a solution immediately! Help me regain access to my account without sending codes to my old number. I need this resolved as soon as possible, given the importance of my linked accounts.
