I Face Overcharge on FaceApp Monthly Subscription Bought via Google Play

“My issue was resolved by the Play Store, thank you, a refund was issued.”

On October 4, I accidentally started a monthly subscription on the FaceApp application and canceled it within the same minute. The app displayed a monthly charge of ₺83, but a ₺1,000 charge was added to my bill instead. I made the subscription through Google Play, and my phone number is 0553****4404.

Immediately after canceling, I submitted a refund request through Google Play, but I received an email stating that the payment would not be refunded. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

I am requesting that the ₺1,000 charge be refunded or, if technically not possible, that the amount be reimbursed directly to me. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
