Fabulous Charged Me Without Authorization and Refused to Issue a Refund

With Fabulous, I had a bad encounter. Though they charged me twice, totalling $70, I never downloaded or utilised the software. Finding these surprising charges on my bank account startled me. When I got in touch with their customer support, they claimed I registered and that the renewal date was exactly shown upon registration. I never opened an account, though, or approved any payments. They refused to give a refund even after several explanations of the circumstances and documentation proving the costs. It is rather frustrating to see their lack of responsibility and contempt of client worries. From a reputable company like Fabulous, I expected more openness and customer service; instead, I get unfair charges and no answer.
