Fabulous Charged Me €40 Without Consent and Gave No Access or Refund

Thought it would help create better habits, I registered for a free trial using the Fabulous app. To save any fees, I promptly stopped the membership right after beginning the trial. They still removed €40 from my PayPal without permission nonetheless. The unanticipated charge generated problems with my linked bank accounts, which resulted in temporary limits on three of them which was rather annoying. Re-downloaded the program and logged in using the same email address, hoping at least to get the premium features I paid for. I was surprised to be requested to complete the identical onboarding survey and saw that my account remained registered as a free edition. Just a cycle of dubious strategies; no premium access, no refund.
