I Face Unauthorized Charges on Ezmatch After My Siblings Used My Account

I am filing a complaint regarding Ezmatch app. My younger siblings signed up for services using my account without my knowledge, and the charges were taken directly from me. I immediately submitted a refund request, but Ezmatch has refused to return my money.
This situation is very unfair because I did not make these purchases, and yet I am the one being held responsible. From what I can see, many other users have experienced the same problem, where Ezmatch takes their money but does not provide refunds.
I ask Ezmatch to refund all unauthorized charges and to put better security measures in place to prevent this kind of misuse. I also want clear guidance on how I can protect my account from further unauthorized transactions. This issue must be resolved as soon as possible.
