Eyezy Charged Without My Consent During Incomplete Signup—Refund Requested

I’m requesting a full refund from Eyezy because I never used the app and did not complete my registration. Despite that, the system charged my account without my permission or password confirmation. During the signup process, a new payment screen suddenly appeared, my registration was left incomplete, and yet you still withdrew the money.
I never agreed to finalize the transaction, and I absolutely did not authorize any payment. The app kept asking for additional payments even though I never fully accessed the service. This is unacceptable.
I have my payment receipt and can share it if necessary. Please issue a full refund immediately. I expect Eyezy to take responsibility for charging me without my consent and resolve this issue promptly.
