I Face Delays Getting a Refund or Exchange for My Nike Court Vision Order from Dripmamba
I placed an order for a size 36 Nike Court Vision from Dripmamba (Order No: #122112), but I realized almost immediately that I had selected the wrong size. I contacted customer service the same day to cancel the order or, at the very least, exchange it for the correct size. I was told they would “forward the request to the team,” but nothing concrete has happened since then.
I was initially informed that my refund would be processed within 1 to 7 business days. However, that timeframe has long passed, and I have yet to receive my money—or even a meaningful update on the status of my return or exchange. The lack of follow-up has been incredibly frustrating, especially given how quickly I acted to fix the mistake.
I’m now requesting urgent action: either process the refund for the wrong-sized item or send me the correct size I originally requested. This issue has dragged on far too long, and I expect Dripmamba to take responsibility and resolve this without further delay. Prompt communication and proper handling of customer requests should be your minimum standard.
