Cracks occurred in the frames of my Rayban brand 4171 erika model glasses, which I bought from Elazığ Elysium AVM Atasun Optik on 06-01.2024, after only six months of use. It is incredibly surprising that I bought the glasses in the winter season and that there is such a deformation as a result of my active use since June, that is, about a month. The store sent the product to the Atasun centre for inspection. In the reply, the review unit rejected my request for new glasses, stating that this deformation was caused by ‘use’. I have been buying glasses from Atasun for years and these purchases are registered in the online system. I know very well how I should use the glasses, and I did not have such a problem with my previous glasses (although I also use the same model). I think the glasses are not original. Such a deformation in a very short time cannot be rejected as a usage error. I demand that a company like Atasun solve this situation and replace my glasses, which are still under warranty, with new glasses.
