Expert Option Withdrawal Pending for 16 Days – Funds Still Not Received

On October 2, 2025, I made a withdrawal request of approximately $12 through the Expert Option application. My user ID is 755723103. I requested that the funds be transferred to my QNB Bank account via IBAN. However, even though 16 days have passed, the payment has not yet been credited to my account.
During this time, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I was told that the payment would be processed within two business days, but there has been no progress. The application still shows the message “Your request will be processed within two business days”, and I have not received any error messages.
This is my first time using the Expert Option platform, and experiencing such a problem on my very first withdrawal attempt has left me disappointed and inconvenienced.
I am requesting that my funds be deposited into my account immediately.
