Expert Option Withdrawal Still Missing After 4 Days – $74 Not Credited to Bank Account
On September 23, 2025, I made a withdrawal request of approximately $74 through the Expert Option application to be transferred to my ONB QNB Finansbank account. The transaction was carried out via internet banking, and although the payment is marked as “Paid” within the application, four days have passed, and the funds have still not been credited to my account.
I did not receive any error messages during the withdrawal process, and the transaction appeared to be a standard transfer. The app stated that withdrawals would be completed within three business days, but this period has now expired without any notification or deposit.
I have received no response from either Expert Option or ONB QNB Finansbank, despite following up. This transaction was made in Bursa, Turkey.
I request that my grievance be resolved immediately and that the amount of $74 be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
