Expert Option Deposit Missing - Bank Transfer Not Credited

I made a deposit to my Expert Option account bank transfer, but the money never showed up in my balance. It’s been over a day and I’m still getting no real help or solution. For the first four days, all I heard was, “There’s a delay, it will arrive soon.” Now they’ve changed their tune and are telling me to contact my bank and ask for the money back—as if this is somehow my fault. I transferred the funds directly to the account details Expert Option provided. Customer service is useless—they just keep sending automated responses and never provide an actual resolution. I reached out to my bank, and even they said I should talk to the recipient to resolve it. But Expert Option is the recipient. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I want my money either credited to my account or refunded immediately. Enough is enough. Expert Option needs to take responsibility for this failure and stop pushing the blame elsewhere.
