Deposited to Expert Option, Money Not Showing

I deposited money into my Expert Option account via bank transfer, but the funds never appeared in my balance. It has been more than a day, and I still haven’t received real help or a solution. For the first four days, they kept saying, “There’s a delay; it will arrive soon.” Now they’ve changed their stance and are telling me to contact my bank and request the money back, as if this were my fault. I transferred the funds directly to the account details provided by Expert Option.
Customer support is completely inadequate; they only send automated responses and never provide an actual solution. I contacted my bank, and even they told me I needed to speak with the recipient. But the recipient is Expert Option! This level of negligence and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable.
I want my funds either credited to my account or immediately refunded. I’ve had enough. Expert Option should take responsibility for this failure and stop blaming others.
