Expert Option Banned My Account After ID Verification and Locked My Funds
I am writing to report that my Expert Option account was banned this morning after I submitted my government-issued ID from Nigeria for verification. The app stated that the ban was due to the age on the ID card I used, and since then, I have not been able to use my account again. At the time my account was banned, I had a balance of approximately 14 dollars in my Expert Option account, which I can no longer access. I have not yet been able to reach a solution, as I have not contacted customer support before this complaint. I request that my situation be reviewed, my account be reactivated if possible, and that I be allowed full access to my funds, including the possibility to withdraw my balance. I would like Expert Option to provide a clear explanation and a fair resolution regarding the ban based on my ID information.
