Expert Option Trading Complaint – Missing $4 Profit After Transaction

On October 7, 2025, at 11:07 p.m., I conducted a trading operation through the Expert Option Android application. I deposited approximately $2.15 using my VISA bank card, and when I clicked the “Sell A” option, the market price dropped — meaning I should have earned around $4.05. The profit amount was even displayed within the application, but it was never credited to my account. Currently, my balance shows only $0.03.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted Expert Option customer service. I have also noticed that the application frequently experiences different technical errors, and the bonus coupons provided are ineffective.

I request that both my initial deposit $2.15 and the profit I earned $4.05 be fully credited to my account. I ask for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
