I Can’t Access My Hotel’s Reservations on Expedia and Hotels.com Due to System Errors

As a property owner, I’m reporting an ongoing system failure with Expedia and Hotels.com that is directly impacting both our business operations and our guests’ experiences. The reservations made through these platforms are not reaching us, meaning we have no visibility into guest bookings, and cannot prepare or assign rooms in advance.

We are also unable to log into the extranet panel, which prevents us from viewing reservation details, updating availability, or managing our listings. This has resulted in multiple cases where guests arrive for their stay and we have no information about their booking, leading to confusion, stress, and lost trust.

Despite our repeated attempts to contact support, we have received no effective solution. It’s unacceptable for a global booking platform to leave hotel partners without access to basic reservation tools, especially when it directly affects service delivery.

We request immediate technical support to restore access to our extranet panel and fix the system issue causing booking data to go missing. If this isn’t resolved urgently, it will continue to damage our reputation and disrupt operations.

Our business contact number is: 0506 675 0*. Please treat this as a high-priority case.**
