Expedia Overbilled Hotel Service by Thousands of Dollars

We completed a transaction through Expedia Group for Qline Hotel located in Istanbul Kurtköy. Under transaction number 2299753388, an invoice was issued and sent to us for $3,795 USD for a service that should have cost only $1 USD. We noticed this issue recently and immediately contacted Expedia. They acknowledged that it was a mistake; however, the invoice has still not been canceled, and the payment obligation remains active.

This is the first time we have encountered such a situation. We urgently request that the incorrect invoice be canceled immediately and that a new invoice be issued for the correct amount.
