My order for the ReNew Transit Backpack was delivered two days late, which didn't bother me. However, upon reviewing the bag, I discovered that the material used was not of the same quality as shown in the photographs. Furthermore, I didn't like how it appeared on my back visually. I feel you may obtain a better bag for the same price from other manufacturers. As a result, I contacted customer service the same day to ask for a return label. I returned the goods to the shipping company the following day for a refund. My credit card received a reimbursement yesterday, but it was insufficient. When I asked the customer service agent, they replied the delivery price was taken from the refund amount. They don't make it apparent on their website. It's not worth going shopping with them.
