Decathlon Sent My Trekking Backpack Late and Damaged With No Response
After my latest encounter, I strongly advise against conducting any business with Decathlon. My trekking bag arrived two weeks late and not only was it damaged but also ordered. I ran across total indifference when trying to get customer service. Nobody responded to my emails, and calling was no better; I was kept on wait for years just to speak with representatives who were contemptuous and provided no meaningful fix. After many tries, I at last got a reply, however it was a generic one devoid of any real schedule or resolution suggested. Weeks have passed and I still have no substitute or refund. Given this lack of responsibility, I would not advise Decathlon to anyone seeking dependable service.
