Europcar claimed damage I didn’t cause and charged me, how can I challenge this?

First, look over the damage report and any other paperwork that Europcar sent to back it up, like photos or inspection reports.

Get your own proof, like photos of the car taken at different times before and after you rented it and any witness accounts that can back up what you say.​

To challenge the charges, call Europcar's Customer Relations department. Email them at [email protected] if you are a customer from anywhere in the world.

Include all the important information in your letter, such as your reservation number, the times and location of the rental, and any proof that supports your claim.

Make it clear that you are disputing the damage claims and give a full account of your position.
