Europcar Charged Me Without Providing My Receipt After Italy Car Rental
I rented a car beginning of June in Italy Europecar. There was a bump on the front and I immediately tell them and asked the insurance what they would need afterward. I said these things to Europecar and they said to me that they would provide me everything. In the first week, they said everything was okay and there was no additional charge and sent me a €0 bill. Afterward, almost a month later they decided to charge me. I was okay with it but I asked them to necessary documents. They sent me the car fixing price and receipt from the shop but not my receipt. I told them a couple of times that there is a period which I can claim. They waited for me for weeks and did sent me the same document time after time. And now even though I provided with them the provision number from my bank, they are refusing to give me the document and also have not responded to my emails. This is not ethical.
