I Face an Unauthorized Charge from Europcar Jordan — Money Taken After Return Without Proof

I rented a car from Europcar at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan. After I returned home, money was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. Two days after my return, Europcar claimed that they had found a scratch on the car and made an unjust charge for it.

This charge was made without my consent and without any proof or prior notification. I strongly believe that the claim is unfair and that the damage did not occur during my rental period.

I request an immediate refund of the amount that was wrongfully deducted from my account and expect Europcar to handle this issue transparently and fairly.
