Europcar Macedonia: Exorbitant Damage Charges for Minor Scratches

I am lodging a complaint against Europcar Macedonia. I rented a Wv Polo car with reservation number 1570571 from April 7th to April 12th. Prior to the rental, damaged areas of the car were pointed out to me. However, during the rental period, the car sustained only a minor scratch in the previously identified damaged area. Despite the scratch being minimal, Europcar charged me more than twice the rental fee for this tiny scratch, virtually exhausting my entire deposit. I have researched car damage charges in Europe, and I do not believe this situation is normal. I am dissatisfied with Europcar Macedonia's handling of this matter.
