Expired Eurail Globalpass Tickets, PayPal Charged 700+ Euros, No Rights to Claim

Our PayPal account was charged over 700 Euros for two discounted Globalpass tickets. Unfortunately, we were unable to use them due to both the "earthquake" in Turkey and later the "heat waves" in Europe. To our disappointment, the company now claims that the tickets have expired and we have no further rights to make a claim. I would like our ticket fees to be refunded as soon as possible.
