Ets Tur Sold Me a Thermal Hotel With Closed Thermal Facilities

I booked a stay at Erta Soysal Thermal Hotel in Bursa through Ets Tur for the dates 16–17 May, under reservation number 116423693. I specifically chose this hotel because it was presented as a thermal hotel, and I made my purchase with the expectation of using the thermal facilities. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the thermal section was closed. Neither Ets Tur nor the hotel had given me any prior information about this. I only learned that the thermal facilities were unavailable on the day of check‑in, which completely changed the nature of the holiday I had planned and caused clear grievance, as I was essentially sent to a non‑thermal hotel while being sold a thermal one. After noticing this situation, I contacted Ets Tur, but they did not help me and refused to offer a partial refund. I feel misled because I purchased a thermal hotel service that was not actually provided. I request a partial refund for this stay, as the main feature for which I chose and paid for this hotel was not available, and I was not informed in advance that the thermal facilities would be closed.
