Etstur Did Not Give Me the Bungalow Room I Specifically Booked

On August 4, 2025, we booked a stay as two families through ETS Tur at Sahra Su Holiday Village & SPA, reserving two rooms in total—a bungalow standard room and a main building standard room. Our reservation number is 114283369. We made a total payment of ₺71,000 at the beginning of February. However, the rooms we paid for were not provided to us, and although our check-in time was 14:00, we were only able to check in at 15:30. Our children could only enter the pool at 17:00, resulting in a completely lost first day of our vacation. When we contacted both the hotel and ETS Tur customer service, no proper support was offered; we were simply told that the bungalow room was unavailable and that they couldn’t help. Yet we had specifically chosen and paid for that room. After traveling 5.5 hours from İzmir, one full day of our 3-night, 4-day holiday was lost, and we were forced to stay in a standard room despite paying extra. To compensate for this inconvenience, we request either two additional nights of accommodation for both rooms or a refund of the amount paid. We kindly ask that our complaint be taken seriously and that our request be addressed.
