ETS Tur Did Not Cancel My Hotel Reservation

I made a hotel reservation in Ayvalık via Etstur for 25.09.2026–27.09.2026 for 2 nights with the reservation number 117283734. Right after realizing that I had selected the wrong dates, I requested to exercise my right to cancel within 24 hours of the reservation. Despite this, my cancellation request was refused. Moreover, I was not offered any reasonable alternative such as changing the dates or changing the hotel, and I was told that no assistance could be provided on this matter. I request that my reservation be cancelled free of charge, or at least that I be allowed to change the dates or hotel under fair conditions, and that this victimization be resolved as soon as possible.
