Etihad Airways Damaged My Luggage and Has Not Responded Since November 2023


In November 2023, I traveled on an Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi to Kuala Lumpur (flight EY96 on November 4, PNR W2UQKZ). Upon arrival, I discovered that my luggage was damaged. Despite reporting the issue immediately, I have yet to receive any response or resolution from Etihad.
It’s extremely frustrating that a reputable airline like Etihad Airways has failed to address my concern after all this time. I expect them to handle this issue with urgency and provide a fair resolution, whether through compensation or repair. I urge Etihad Airways to take responsibility and prioritize customer care in situations like this. Prompt action is required to restore confidence in their services.
