Etihad Airways Customer Service Left Me Struggling With a Booking Problem

Etihad Airways customer service has been absolutely useless in fixing a booking problem. For more than a week, I have been attempting to seek help but have encountered total silence. Their customer service called yesterday for less than two seconds before cutting off. They did not try to call back, hence I was left without the required knowledge. Their phone lines simply lead to automated messages guiding me to their website, which is equally unpleasant and useless, therefore trying to get in touch is almost difficult. Given an airline that bills itself as premium, this degree of disregard and inadequate customer service is startling. For my travel schedule, I expected far better and regret choosing Etihad.
