My suitcase was damaged on my Etihad Airways flight. I have attached pictures showing the full body of the suitcase. The tickets include the journey from Hyderabad to Abu Dhabi and from Abu Dhabi to Toronto. I went to the counter near the arrived luggage area, but there was nobody there to report the damage at the time I received my suitcase. Therefore, I have attached the pictures as evidence.
