Etihad Airways Baggage Damage Claim – Compensation Request
Dear Etihad Airways Customer Service, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my damaged baggage upon arrival from my recent journey with Etihad Airways. Flight details: Passenger Name: Park Y*** Booking Reference / PNR: 5QGMN Flight Number: EY592 (Amman – Abu Dhabi) / EY822 (Abu Dhabi – Seoul) Date of Travel: 18 August 2025 When I collected my checked baggage (brand: National Geographic), I found that the suitcase was delivered with broken wheels, rendering it unusable. The damage was not present before check-in. I kindly request compensation or replacement for the damaged suitcase as per Etihad’s baggage policy.
