Etihad Airways Damaged My Baggage on the Flight




Dear Etihad Airways Customer Service, I am writing to report damage to my checked baggage during my recent journey with Etihad Airways on 16th June, from Hyderabad, India to Amsterdam, Netherlands, via flights EY 353 and EY 041. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Airport, I discovered that my main suitcase had been significantly damaged. The suitcase is relatively new, purchased approximately two years ago, and was in good condition prior to this trip. I would like to formally submit a claim for the damage.
