Hello, we sought information about eyelid surgery. During the consultation, persuasive language pressured us to rush into paying for the surgery. After the payment was made, the surgery was scheduled. When we attempted to cancel two weeks before the surgery, we were informed that the payment could not be refunded. We were told that the surgery was already planned, so we had no choice but to proceed. However, we were not satisfied with the surgery; there was no improvement in our eyes, the surgery scars remained prominent, and due to the wrinkled stitches, the situation worsened. We were left aggrieved without receiving a refund. Which establishment accepts payment without providing the service and denies the right to terminate? Is this a healthcare facility or merely a commercial approach? Exploiting people in difficult situations is unacceptable. Our only consolation is that thankfully we were able to move away from this situation without any harm to our eyes.
