On February 22, 2023, I underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery along with a temporal lift. I deeply regret it. I have never encountered such an indifferent doctor, unresponsive consultants, and staff who do not value their patients. Three months later, my eyelid drooped, and the asymmetric temporal lift was unsuccessful. The doctor suggested Botox after five months for better results, which also failed. He mentioned using dissolvable stitches on my eyes. As the stitches dissolved, threads became visible on my eyelids, and a fat deposit formed. The doctor then suggested waiting a year for improvement and offered a revision if needed. Two days ago, he examined my eyes and proposed an almond eye technique for better results.
However, I just received news that he will not perform the revision, blaming my skin. He is demanding additional payment for a new surgery. Everything was fine when I made the payment before leaving, but they completely reject the idea of a revision now. I am devastated and truly considering taking legal action. The pain I've endured, the money I've spent, and the challenging times with my disabled son are all for nothing.
