I recently placed an order on the Estee Lauder website. To meet the minimum order amount of 2500 TL for a gift set with lipstick, a cream cleanser, and a bag, I added some extra items. But when the package came, they had sent a different gift set for a new promotion, saying that the items for the first promotion were no longer available. This is not good enough for such a big brand. They could have stopped taking orders once there were no more gift sets available for the promotion, or they could have gotten in touch with me before shipping to see if I was okay with not getting the gift set. Also, they could have sent me something similar from their own stock to make sure I was happy. I want Estee Lauder to keep their word and send me the advertised gift set for my order number 2338405600.
