How to Report Missing Promotional Gift From Clinique Official Website
On September 28, 2025, I placed an order (No: 6910839120) through Clinique’s official website. The promotion at the time stated that customers making purchases over ₺2,500 would receive a complimentary makeup bag. However, instead of the makeup bag, I only received two tiny 1ml sample products, which were so small they barely came out of the package — not even worth the packaging cost.
I reached out to Clinique customer service via the “Contact Us” section on the website but never received a response. Meanwhile, I received another promotional message advertising a similar campaign: “Free makeup bag and lip balm for purchases over ₺2,500.” I later learned that the lip balm was for second-time orders, but I only want the makeup bag that was promised with my first order.
My order was delivered to Eyüp, Istanbul, and I kindly request that my missing makeup bag be sent to me as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
