Estée Lauder Sent Promotional Items Instead of Full Set
I placed an order from Estée Lauder, expecting a full-sized set, but to my disappointment, they included promotional, sample-sized products instead of the promised items. How can a global luxury brand engage in such misleading practices?
This is unacceptable—I paid for a complete set, not for freebie-sized samples disguised as a purchase. This isn’t the level of quality or service I expect from a company like Estée Lauder. I had even purchased another set for my mother, and I now suspect that was also made up of promotional products instead of what was advertised.
I demand a resolution—either send the correct products or process a refund immediately. If this issue is not addressed, I will continue to escalate my complaint across all platforms.
