I am extremely disappointed as the gifts promised with my Sephora purchase have not arrived. With a 1000 TL shopping, I was supposed to receive a skincare set for the Sephora purchase and a Deluxe foundation for the Dior purchase, as indicated in the promotions section. I specifically chose Dior and Sephora items to qualify for these gifts, as seen in the campaigns. If I had known that the gifts would not be delivered, I would have made my purchases differently. urgently request a response, why did they lie when I was shopping then?
