Estee Lauder Eye Concentrate Caused Allergy

In February, I placed a bulk order through Estee Lauder’s official website. After starting to use the products, I noticed that the Eye Concentrate cream caused a severe allergic reaction around my eyes. It led to noticeable redness and irritation, making it impossible for me to continue using the product.
I immediately stopped using the cream and reached out via Instagram to request a return and refund. It has now been over 3 months, and I’ve received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like your concerns are completely ignored unless they’re made public. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand like Estee Lauder.
The product clearly did not suit my skin, and I followed all proper channels to resolve the issue privately first. I am now left with an expensive cream I cannot use and no communication from your team.
Estee Lauder, I’m urgently requesting a full refund and a formal acknowledgment of my complaint. Please treat your customers with the attention and respect they deserve. I shouldn’t have to post publicly just to be heard. Respond and resolve this matter immediately.

Hello again, From now on, I won’t even take a free tester from Estée Lauder. I’ve never seen a company that stands so little behind its product. They don’t care about my complaint because it was made 6 months after my purchase. But the product has an expiration date, so isn’t it perfectly normal for me to start using it months after buying it! I will also take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Why do we pay so much money for a 15 ml cream? The cost of standing behind it is included in the price. But they don’t stand behind it... Period.
